Thanks to the invite of Hadia Temli from https://galeriesiniya28.com/ i was able to go to the opening of the retrospective of artist MOHAMED MELEHI (http://www.artnet.com/artists/mohamed-melehi/composition-dDt9qmCdo0pGGl8DOfLBKg2)
The Retrospective is held at the MACAAL (http://macaal.org/) from 21. September 2019 until the 05. January 2020.
He is considered a strong leader of Casablanca school and the following Moroccan modernism (https://ecommons.cornell.edu/handle/1813/40944) that came into effect around 1956 – 1978.
